Fall / Winter / Spring Program
The school year programs offer small-group training (4 participants) for youth athletes. Sessions run one hour, once weekly, in 15-week program blocks each Fall (Sept – Dec) and 10-week blocks each Winter (Jan – April) and Spring (April-June). We have extended our number of sessions within a block from 10 to 15 in order to minimize any de-training effect with extended time away from training. In other words, we want to make sure the athletes maintain their physical improvements. Register here.
When: Session options are available are typically:
Monday–Friday@ 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm or 7:30pm
Saturday @ 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm or 5:30pm
Sunday @ 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm or 1:30pm
Where: Totum Roxborough
Who: Young athletes looking to improve physically for their sport.
Cost of 10 week program not including HST:
Group of four – $270/person
Group of three – $370/person
Group of two- $540/person
