Fall / Winter / Spring Program
The school year programs offer small-group training (4 participants) for youth athletes. Sessions run one hour, once weekly, in 15-week program blocks each Fall (Sept – Dec), Winter (Jan – April) and Spring (April-June). We have extended our number of sessions within a block from 10 to 15 in order to minimize any de-training effect with extended time away from training. In other words, we want to make sure the athletes maintain their physical improvements. Register here.
When: Session options are available are typically:
Monday–Friday@ 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm
Saturday @ 2pm, 3pm, 4pm or 5pm
Sunday @ 9am, 10am, 11am or 12pm.
Where: Totum Performance
Who: Young athletes looking to improve physically for their sport.
Cost not including HST: 15 week – $375/person
