Sports Injuries

At Totum, one of our major goals is to have our clients and athletes remain injury-free.  We accomplish this by:

  • focusing on quality first when it comes to movement
  • planning properly
  • creating individualized training programs
  • implementing effective recovery strategies

Sport and physical activity, however, do not always co-operate. When injuries do happen, it is critical to limit the damage through effective management. If you or someone you know has been hurt, please use the form below (click link) to write down the nature of the injury. This will help manage the injury and provide important information to our medical and rehabilitation providers.
