Our Roxborough Studio offers high-energy spin classes as well specialized yoga classes in the heart of Rosedale. The big difference at Totum vs other clubs is the expertise and class sizes. We are closer to small group training than the volume facilities that have become the norm. It seems King and Queen west have become the epicenter for all things fitness in Toronto. At our King Street Studio, we offer the best fitness classes near to where you work and live, and they’re continually updated based on our members’ feedback. Excellence in instruction, as well as incredible client experiences, differentiate us.

Classes included at our downtown Toronto King Street West location include spin, Pilates, cardio, TRX, yoga, boot camp style and men’s and women’s boxing classes.  If you are not a member, you can also participate in certain classes if there is a spot available.
