Ron McKerracher

Ron has been practising massage therapy since 1995.  He is a graduate of McMaster University and Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy.  Ron is a past examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and currently teaches Exercise Science and Clinical Assessment in the Massage Therapy Program at Everest College.

He is a skilled practitioner with a great deal of experience reducing muscle tension and treating soft tissue injuries.  He combines his understanding of biomechanics and the neuromusculoskeletal system with his experience using a variety of manual therapy approaches to achieve the desired ends. He specializes in releasing tension patterns and tissue restriction that lead to improper body mechanics or chronic joint dysfunction.

Ron is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has worked extensively with athletes to keep them fit and prepared for the demands of their physical activity.

Ron has been involved in competitive sport most of his life. He currently trains for and is working on a new PB for running and triathlon events.
