Pam has had lifelong passion for sports, adventure, and health and wellness. She started in gymnastics, went on to judo, soccer, track and field and then varsity rugby and wrestling in University. She competed for a decade at an international level as a junior and senior national team athlete. While sidelined with an injury, she worked for a year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach with various varsity teams at McMaster University. After graduating from University she spent four years in Calgary pursuing her athletic goals and working at a large athletic and recreational facility as a personal trainer. She has worked with a wide range of small group and individual clients with varying backgrounds, abilities and goals. She has worked with clients from 13 to 75 years old. She enjoys developing fun, functional, creative, and challenging training programs.
