About Us


Located in Forest Hill at 200 St. Clair Ave West (at Avenue), our Totum Pilates studio was established in 1998. Originally a Personal Training studio, in 2012 the facility was converted to what we consider its natural use, a Pilates studio offering high quality instruction in Pilates, yoga, nutrition counselling and other wellness-based services.

We offer private, semi-private and small group Pilates sessions.  Additional services include yoga, rehabilitation, as well as nutritional counseling and reiki therapy with our registered holistic nutritionist Andrea Fairborn.
