You came to Totum or this website for a reason. You are/were either seeking information or walked through our doors to make a change in your health and fitness level. You are a small minority of our population who take proactive steps to do so. You can do even better by making sure that proactive step to walk through our door has long term successful results. In other words, don’t waste the effort.
Totum is moving towards a more objective, test-retest model. For this reason we need to have exceptional ways to let clients know how they are doing. This is why involving the use of The Bod Pod, for example, is one of the best ways to do this. By far the most common goal clients have is to lose weight. What is really meant is losing fat. This is a great goal and one that has all sorts of positive health benefits. But what if you also lost muscle mass while on this journey? This often happens because the approach nutritionally is not what it should be, nor is the type of exercise programming.
